Zlevanka

Plain or corn, it is called zlevanka because the initial mixture is poured into a baking dish.

Required:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 140 g of smooth flour
  • 200 ml of yoghurt
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 180 g of sour cream to coat the zlevanka before baking + 5-6 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • a few tablespoons of crystal sugar to sprinkle the zlevanka after baking

Preparation:

  • Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the yogurt and milk.
  • Then gradually whisk the flour.
  • The batter is poured into a baking sheet that needs to be greased and floured beforehand.
  • Bake the batter in the oven preheated to 180*C for 20-25minutes.
    Sprinkle zlevanka with crystal sugar and serve.
